Pskov Transformer Plant produces magnetic cores (cores) according to the modern Unicore technology. This technology allows you to quickly and accurately produce magnetic circuits of various types and sizes. Due to this Unicore infrastructure, long preparation of production is not required, which allows to manufacture even individual positions of magnetic cores, without overpricing.

The reduction of magnetic losses is achieved due to the joining of the core plates “on the cross” - the joint is evenly distributed over the rods.
TYPES OF MAGNETIC CORES:
Сore-type magnetic core, strap magnetic core, shell-type magnetic core;
Single-phase and three-phase;
Multisection and solid;
With skew joint and end joint;
Shell-type with clearance of a given size.
The material of the magnetic cores is anisotropic cold-rolled electrical steel of 3408-3409 grade with a thickness of 0.27-0.35 according to GOST 214271.1-83.
